A little while back I saw a link to a video off a thread on here about the annual outing of the Italian Z3 owners forum Club Z3Mendi. It really fired my imagination so I contacted them to see if Johnny foreigners are welcome and low and behold we are so today I sent our deposit and in September we have a long weekend in Livorno to look forward to arriving 14.00 Friday. There are a couple of run-outs organised and a free afternoon on the Saturday and a James Bond themed Gala Saturday night. The hotel has a private beach. They expect about 100 cars with 200 people.
There are still places available and Brits are most welcome if anybody else fancies the trip I can provide further details.
 
Have not got enough spare holidays due to our Euro run in July otherwise would of loved to do it
 
Thanks, we were planning a trip to Venice this year for our holiday but we were going to fly as Venice is not very car friendly but this is a great way to combine our holiday with a road trip. Win/Win.

The Z3mendi are great, you'll have a lot of fun! Back in the days I used to be a Z3mendo too :D

@Lazzzydog You will have a great time with them! :thumbsup:And don't worry there are a lot of members speaking English! @billz Unfortunately the Z3Mendi is dedicated only to Zed3 models...
Stefano Pisa is a great events organizer and you will enjoy every moment! I participated twice to the Raduno Nazionale, as i'm also a member Z3Mendi.:)

I am about to start a write up in the Events and Cruise section but I will not be able to do it all in one go. I will post plenty of photos as I think these are more interesting than words and also I have about 600 to choose from. This was far and away the best trip I have ever done due to the scenery, architecture and quiet roads but mostly due to the warmth and friendliness of the Z3Mendi club members and the great welcome they extended to us. All being well we intend to do it again next year and would love to have a few more come along with us.
