For those like my good self that SORN their cars during winter I was almost tempted to tax from today but as I'm away next week it seems a waste so I'm going to hang back and tax from April. Amazing how a brightly sunnier day makes you feel though 🌞

I was thinking the same thing but I’m working next week 🤨

"it feels like spring"
Maybe because it is!
First day of Spring. Daffs almost flowering, buds on all the plants, and a bit of warmth in the sun.
I love Spring in the UK. Shame it's usually just as cold and dreary as Winter. But that's the UK for you.

Well after my daily destroyed it's slip ring on the steering rack today I've now taxed the Zed a month earlier than planned, I can't get my daily back until the end of the week so I'm left with no choice to get to work. At least the weather is looking good so may get a couple of roof down drives home 🏡😁

Exactly what I’m doing 😃😃

We've had several very warm days here this past week, and I've enjoyed top down driving until today. An unexpected thunderstorm popped up, so the car is back in my shop for a day or two. All next week looks good, and the rain will make it easier prepping my garden for Spring planting..

Well he's out! Went all the way to Asda to check on tyre pressures and made sure after 6 months locked away it still drove 😂. Happy to say he never missed a beat 😁

Looks stunning and I recognise the Asda :);)
Thanks! Can't stand the place! Prefer Tesco and Aldi but it's the nearest to Grumps Towers so sometimes, needs must unfortunately.

SORN'd mine back in the autumn. Taxed it for March just in case it goes up in April, so after the Starmer Army held me to ransom for £385 for the pothole tax and I washed the dust off I took the old girl home from work last night as the sun was shining. Very nice too, went the long way.
