It ain't 'alf hot.

First view of Jacksonville was their water tower. We stayed at a hotel which was situated at the rear of am up market shopping mall. Then into Georgia where we found a similar hotel on the edge of another "Tanger Outlet" shopping mall in Savannah.

Got to Greenville this afternoon and booked in at hotel. Then had a trial run to the BMW Plant, about 18 miles away. Just set off and the heavens opened.

Spotted this in the car park.

Shirl took one for the team, having her window open as the rain came down.

By the time we got back to the hotel it had ceased to rain and the sun had come out so we got the address of a local restaurant, the Carolina Ale House, which was about 1 mile away so we went for a walk.

We went to Greenville for ZFEST , absolutely loved the city , thinking about retiring there actually . The Lazy Goat has very good food , plenty of places to eat around town . Falls Park on the Reedy is a good spot to relax. Youll have plenty of places to eat in Nashville . Try and stop in the Lane Motor Museum , it has a lot of quirky autos .

Jacket and a tee shirt purchased.

Blasting off from Greenville heading to Nashville, satnag said 5 hrs and 40 min. It wasn't till well into the journey that we realised we were heading into the central time zone and as such the clock was 1 hour on. We passed through the start of the Blue Ridge mountains and soon after encountered the Smokey Mountains. Some great scenery and driving roads which would've been great in my Z4 or Shirls 4 series.

I have been there, visited an old second world war ship at a museum which was fantastic.
If you make it as far as Biloxi i recommend a restaurant right on the Beach called Shaggy's.

That's a good average speed - I like that !

Better than sitting in nose to tail stationary traffic in the ar*e end of Bradford like I was the other day . . .

Currently at a Cracker Barrell (in Pratville, would you beleive?) having lunch with about 170 left to go.

Actually landed in Mobile at 17.30. 8 hrs. including lunch break, comfort break and 1 fuel stop. Overall pretty good going.

Only in the Zentrum building Dawn. If you were spotted even with your phone in your hand by security (they cameras everywhere) you would be removed from the site. No cameras, phones, smart watches or any Bluetooth devices. I have quite a lot of pictures but I'm keeping them till after we come back home.
Here's two to keep you going, I was a little cheeky.
