Driving to work on the main road at the legal limit with a big blue sign saying "Dual Carriageway 1/4 mile ahead" a car decides to overtake on double white lines on a bend ! Another occasion a car decides to use a short right turn lane to overtake the traffic and then when it peters out he barges his way back in by trying to force the traffic off the road. Coming home tonight I follow a car again, there is an obstruction on our side with oncoming traffic, so he swings out head on at the traffic rather than give way causing them all to brake heavily. After catching him up he does the same again, this time the road narrows on our side with oncoming traffic again. He brakes as clearly he has to - then you could clearly see him change his mind and powers on again and wilfully drives head on at them again, Nearing home there is a car parked largely on the footpath on my side facing me, no oncoming traffic. Suddenly as I'm about to pass, a cyclist swings into the road from behind this parked car head on at me. She had obviously been cycling down the footpath (illegally) and encountered the car blocking her progress so swings straight out into the road to go around it without a by or leave straight at me - silly cow. How do these people survive to collect their pension? It seems everyone is so impatient and cannot wait a second for anything today and is intent on crashing into you.
And the best part of all this? - as often as not you pull up right behind them at the next set of lights.
Is it just me?

I'd go home and chain yourself to a bed Synclare, It will be much safer.

No Adrian, it's not just you, the world is teaming with effing idiots and if it makes you feel any better the good old US of A has more than its fair share too.:(. We were sitting at a red light in the right hand of 2 left turn lanes when a car from the next lane over came straight through turned left, stopped and backed up in front of us. Total t**t!

Tony.

Doesn't matter which country you're in there are aholes everywhere! No patience what so ever and they usually don't get to see the aftermath of their actions, unfortunately maybe they'd get IT if they knew they'd taken a child's mother from them by their stupidity! Rant over, drive carefully they are everywhere!! JIM

The world revolves around them and the rest of us are just an obstruction to their progress. Take a deep breath and be thankful that they are an a**shole and you are not.

Yes ........ :p
theirs idiots everywhere :(
Some drivers shouldn't be on the road ;)
But they think they are in the right ;)
What gets me is .........
Coming off a slip road on to a dual carriageway and the driver don't pull over .........
So you can get into the lane of ongoing traffic :(
You can't go anywhere and they just poodle along :(
Rant over for the day =))

I do around 30k per year with work and i either see it or have it happen on a daily basis. There are some right Mutton Head drivers out there

It's the ones who drive way too fast in thick fog that get me.........it's all I can do to overtake some of them!=))

I am not keen on those "keep two white chevrons between you and the car front " rules

I had to do 120mph to keep them between me and that Porsche .....
Now that's a good excuse for Court...

I confirm that globalisation act on that field too! On 2 wheels or 4, you have to drive always like through a heard of mad cows...

...but the day you are 5mph over the limit, and safe at it, a traffic cop will appear and do you.

Cyclists are really getting to me these days, they really do think they own the road, I was overtaking one last week and he deliberately swerved out forcing me onto the grass verge, he then had the balls to stick two fingers up at me.

fit a dash cam to prove you are in the right, and just run the bu**ers over!

Relax and let them get on with it. They look like arseholes and will feel so themselves afterwards, or not. Just keep well out of their way.:)
