Hello all,
Thought I'd introduce myself as a new member.
Happy owner of my 2.2L straight six Z3 for the eighth year now - during which she has kept me comfortable, safe and feeling good every time I walk up for a drive. Perfect for driving around Cornwall with the roof down, and entirely manageable in the snow - safe to say we've had a great time together.
Her previous owner had four cars in the family, and said she was far more enjoyable to drive than the Audi TT which was their other sporty option.
Whilst starting to enter modern classic territory, she is also starting to need a little more attention than I am able to give and so I have been rather selfish and recently taken delivery of a new-shape Z4.
Maintained by my local independent BMW specialists, who reckon any new owner couldn't be unhappy with the condition of what is ultimately a 17 year old car - albeit in very good nick.
Question is, is it time for both of us to move on; and for me to find her a good home where she will be well looked after?
