Hi everyone, I have posted today just after joining on a thread regarding relocating a Z4 roof motor. However, a little about myself. Live In Christchurch NZ and was introduced to your site by a member of the Bimmersport forum here in NZ. He showed me the thread re relocating the roof motor. My Beemer is a 2003 E85 Z4 3.0 done 70,000kms. Picture attached alongside our previous motor, a 2000 Z3. Have enjoyed the greater power of the 3.0. Recently renewed shocks all round, but other than that no issues until the roof motor died a few months ago. Gradually working my way thru the relocation process, but suspect will need to buy a new motor, because as I said in my post this morning, the old one is very stiff. Will try power it up to see if it does work, otherwise a new one will be required. Regards to all members. John
