Hi all, names Gary.
Followed the Dual Mass FlyWheel conversation with interest, well done.
Had my 1997 Zed M44 1.9 a few years now. Its not my daily runner, sunshine car + Money pit.
Total repaint, lowered with H&R Suspension and springs, 300mm front Disc conversion, M Sport Wheels.Stainless Power Flow exhaust system next on list unless anyone has a better system in mind.
Been debating the Super Charger route a while now and also looking at up grading the clutch to deal with the extra power.
Some interesting threads out there about using E36 M Sport 3.0 as a straight replacement, that looks a good option to me.
I like the sound of 200+ bhp from the old 4 pot and a fairly light weight body, should make for an interesting drive. Nothing is ever as simple as it sounds and with research its gonna cost more than a few coins of the realm to do it right.
Will post Picture when back in UK as working in Denmark at present.
