Come with me to a live auction,better than booze.A lot of the time you have to judge the buyers on the day ,the way the market is ,the supply on offer to be sold there are so many vairiables ,and you have to base your price taking in all these things, plus how desperate you are for cash!Its exactly the same when you are buying as I sometimes do.you arrive with a budget and realise it's much to small on the day ,and you have to make decisions accordingly
As a buyer I always expect to be bid up.set your budget and don't get carried away.the last bike I bought on eBay was advertised at £4350 out of my price range and overpriced and was bid up to £4000 it came back on at £3950 still to much for me .to cut a long story short I eventually bought the bike for £2800. See how I'm bragging about it ,the poor guy selling it lost some money but I'm heartless and cruel and only think about how much I saved .its horrible I know but that's how it works, and everyone wants as much as they can for their stuff ,and everyone wants to buy it cheap.i remember going on holiday to the former Yugoslavia and every restaurant the price was the same,so much easier lol
But you didn't answer the question!! Are you bidding on your auctions?? Doesn't matter about who's there, how much their or your budget is, what the supply and demands are, it's illegal and against ebay rules and regulations.
If it's illegal I don't do it
Well, I hope not but you certainly make it sound that anything goes!
It certainly does not mean anything goes .allways be totally honest about what you sell and supply a quality product .but I will do my best to squeeze every penny I can for it.
