Absolutely APALLING service - I often see requests on the forum for advice on insurance.

Well my advice is don't use this company - trying to contact them is a nightmare - no phone number and "Chat on line " ...number 53 in queue .....waiting did not improve the situation either.

Must agree! I insured with them a few years ago and the name 'One call' is the biggest joke. Never again!

Thank you - for this year I am fixed up but will take a screen shot and file it for next year. I have an MGBGT which will require cover so will bear yiu in mind.
