Believe me - They already have access to everything they need in real time. Always have and always will. The volume of data is the problem hence the requirement for ISPs the retain this tracking data.
And if you think 'other agencies' are any different, think again.
If you want privacy you had better start using encrypted email. If you want total secrecy - snail mail.
 
If you want total security meet on a windswept beach or hillside in the nude, but keep an eye out for drones !!!

I'm not exactly against this charter per se. I do remember the good old days of the internet in school and college when I was studying computer science and everything was new and exciting. Now my browsing habits are pretty damn boring.

What I don't like about it is if you read the amount of agencies that have access to view the data without a warrant. I think the list is way too long and has some organisations on it that really should be going via the police to access that information IMO.
