No smilleys/imoticons has the settings changed

I have them on here, but not on threads I've been reading?

They have appeared now

Just checked the server logs in case there was anything going on, but all clear this afternoon. High load round about lunch time which is usual, with everyone logging in at lunch.

Other than than nothing obvious... I'll keep an eye on it though.
