Tony.

Mine will go on in a few weeks from now. A good wash and wax for my summer ones then bed 'till April.

I decided not to push it too much Andy. Heavy frost this morning so road salt is imminent and I don't want to risk split rims getting salt on them.

Tony.

And, just look at those centre caps and valve stems? =))=))

Tony.

Like them winter wheels @t-tony .
Comming home from visit last night 6.45pm grittier came past on opposite side of the road doing i reackon about 40-45mph with grit hitting the car like air gun pellets. Do not know why they have to go so quick when they know what damage they cause on paintwork. I slowed to about 30mph but the impact must have been between 70-75 mph of the grit hitting the car, thank god I was in the Fiat and not the coupe, wife's not that happy though found at least another 9stone chips on the front. Looking into the stone chip clear covering DIY.

Roy.:bored:

I guess their speed is directly related to how many miles of road each spreader is required to cover in a shift mate. Not very nice when you get caught like that though.

Tony.

@t-tony I read the headline and expected to see photos of sandbags!!!

I agree - why do they have to speed?!? I slow right down and get as far away as possible.

I’ve got to say that with the change in clocks has come a very noticeable drop in temperatures...brrr!

My zed is ready for winter too, it's in the garage. Mind you I like your ideas and I' m looking for some winter 'Nut caps' as it gets very brass monkey round here.

Smart move Tony.
Last two mornings there has been a good frost on the grass as I've walked the dog first thing - well, the new first thing that is
The daily had a service yesterday so I had the winters put on at the same time.
