Split the double garage door into two singles. Sell the one attached to the house and keep the other side along with the bigger space etc for yourself. Arrange shared access for both the house and your garage. Problem solved!

The Estate Agents say they have someone from Essex wanting to move to Torksey (next village 1/2 mile away) and looking for a place needing a little TLC. That would be good if they could put us together for a quick sale.
