Our tenant moved out of our "other" bungalow today. Later on this afternoon Shirl went round to have a look as to what condition it is in.
I walked round after finishing a couple of jobs at home. Shirl went inside the house first to look around.

I would need a day in there with my industrial vacuum.cleaner, spider hunting first. Then probably paint the walls and floor etc etc. The more I think about it though.
