So the Z3 passed it's MOT with no advisory , (The rear exhaust is getting tatty) but I then saw I'd only done 549 miles in the last year.

You really must get in touch with your local forum members and get out for weekend runs and cruises.
Cars are not designed to be just cleaned and looked at.....their whole purpose is to be driven

My black zed has only done 900 miles since it's last MOT a year ago tomorrow but I've done over 5000 in my silver zed, 3000 in the old merc and 33000 in my works van.
Black zed is booked in for it's MOT at 10am tomorrow morning
