Glad to see they've downgraded to Cat 3 @ t-tony and that you're both safe and the house is sound. But as you've said Mathew is going to make a loop to pick up more water and circle back for a second run At southern Fl. Hopefully it won't pick up speed. Keep safe buddy, hope the liquor cabinet is well stocked to calm your shattered nerves. JIM
 
It took a bit of a knock on Wednesday evening Jim when a hoard of thirsty people came round but enough left for me! I was slightly the worse for wear when the last family left at 2.00 on Thursday morning, when we had to start clearing the decks before the hurricane blew in!

I hope this thing doesn't loop around and hit again in time to affect your flight back to the UK. This might be the first time for you that you CAN'T WAIT to leave Florida. Frankie
