Sorry mate, can’t stop rubbing it in, and, for a bit longer too. ;) =))
 
Ribeye medium for me so the fat breaks down a bit more otherwise a lot gets skipped to the side for the bin, but if it’s a fillet rare is more like it. One thing I like in the states is you do get well fed for your money and the service is usually guaranteed as tips is how they make there bread.
 
Spot on Mark, but you still have many people (Brits) who will not accept the “tip system” is a part of life here.

Down here in Bognor , the palms are gently swaying, the sea is lapping the shore, and the warm sun gently caressing the faces of the local inhabitants……..

We have collected a few signs for under the Lannii over the years during our travels around Florida and Alabama.
