Think we're heading for a thunder storm ........ :p
As I haven't half got a headache :(
It's still very humid here ;)
But the sun has gone in ;)
 
Walked in to our house and is a very pleasant 24 degrees. I told kim to keep all the windows shut to keep the heat out went into the Bedroom and its like a sauna she shut the curtains but kept the windows open deerrrrrr
 
Talk about hot :p

If I was a snowman I'd melted in minutes ;)
 
It was 37 C in Ruislip today and I'm working outside in a cherry picker 30ft up in the air doing a crane gantry survey. Had to knock off early as started feeling faint. Must have a bit of sunstroke. Got back to my hotel and had a cold shower. Have got another 2 days on the job and I'm praying for rain

One of our truck tyre fitters was in your neck of the woods today when the thunder storm went off, he told me about it when he got back to Lincoln Ant.

Well it was a pleasant run to Kimmeridge Bay on the Dorset Coast. Very hot and a lovely sea breeze. Stunning run back and a Z3 in Blandford at the roundabout. Dark Blue with the old style pepper pot wheels.. No Wave though.

Hottest day of the year and it's been one of the busiest at work this whole year, it's been radio rental, and I had a gearbox to refit tonight. Luckily for me our Gary came for tea and he gave me help to get in back on the engine bless him. And just for good measure he put me some cupboards up in my garage too.:):):):):)

It was just off the centre of Doncaster Rotherham side to start with loads of lightning with the odd thunder roll, it was quite odd because the sky was still clear when it let go and it was heavy rain, was working in the street at the time it was quite refreshing but the heat after it stopped was something else, it cooled the air at least whilst it rained but after 10 mins of heavy rain it was clear as a whistle again quite bizarre...
 
Hate to say this but it's been unbearable here in Hemel, got the grandsons paddle pool out for him and wanted to get in there with him, if it's the same tomorrow I'll definitely be in there. Never known the house to be so uncomfortably hot. Poor little fella took over an hr to get him off to sleep. Won't take me that long cos this weather is knackering. Now where's that Panama I bought earlier this year.

Yep that's just what John said Ant, refreshing while it rained then heat returned with a vengeance.

I had the same last week, had been out for a top down and checked the sky and weather forecast. No rain for days to come except at 3am I woke up to the sound of a downpour rushed, that's a laugh, out to put the top up and throw a cover over the Zed. Just finished it stopped raining, not another drop till the next night but I was absolutely soaked, dripped my way into the house and towelled off, stripped down and changed. Didn't get caught the second night though!! Couldn't get back to sleep for hours, just in time for Trinity to kiss me awake and get her off to school!! Crazy weather all over, it was 47c in BC the other day! JIM
 
It seams hotter today than it did yesterday :p

Today is overcast with a smokey haze from the hundred forest fires burning out of control in Saskatchewan. About 25c with a 60% chance of thunder showers later today. Will make sure to put the top up this time before I go to bed!! JIM
 
It's really hot here again but overcast :p
We're just ordered a India takeaway :)
So we shall be even hotter soon ;)
