Thats some distance to hit a target and no chance of getting hit back
The thing I can't get my head round is that it takes the bullet 10 seconds to travel the target distance. Who keeps still for 10 seconds ?

Target would have to be walking away in a straight line from you,, could wait for some time before the circumstances are right then a bit of luck plays its part. IMHO.
