You mean the metal strip with the 'Roadster' text? Or the whole plastic thing. The whole plastic thing just clips in. The 'Roadster' metal trim isn't quite so easy. I bought some metal trim from a company in Germany - via ebay I think - I haven't fitted mine yet though.
The company that supplies the trim is tuneon-design.com but now that I look on ebay in my account I don't see them. Maybe I got them from some other platform. Not expensive though. Around 50 euros if I remember rightly.
The trim pieces come with self adhesive strip on the back. I think the idea is that you stick them onto the old ones. But others on the forum have removed the old ones first. As I said, I haven't done mine yet.
There is a small 'channel' in the door rubber. The 'hockey stick' edge sits against this channel when the clips are tight into the body. The clips sit in a channel on the hockey stick so the whole piece can slide slightly.
The idea (I think) is that you clip the piece in just shy of the forward trim (the piece with the footwell speaker behind) and slide it into the protruding lip, so they sit flush and tight.
It is pretty simple and you will know if it is in the correct position because it will just look right.

As pond said. It's pretty clear how it goes in that it just doesn't sit right if you do it wrong.
If my memory serves me. It's outside plastic first. Followed by the rubber trim. Followed by the interior plastic piece.
