How do these come out?

Looks like they just kinda clip in but I've give it a good tug and I'm afraid of breaking them?

They are just held on with 2 plastic pins
They are usually a bit tight but with some gentle leverage should come out.

Here's what they look like from the back, you can see the pins. I think it's held in place with all 4 of them.
