It seems that a lot of members are in the process of buying or selling a house at the minute. So how much do you think this house cost when it was new? By the way it was built in 1955.

This was Shirl's parents house which we are now selling. Just round the corner from our house Shirl lived here until we got married in 1980.

ps. That was just the house not including the garage, that was added a few years ago and has almost as big a foot print as the house itself.

The garage is the interesting bit for me. The door you see in front of you has a roller door and is high enough to install a two post ramp. Next to it is a double door (roller with remote operation) for 2 car garage space, workshop space , storage space with upper level and a shower/bathroom/toilet.
