It started today with a visit from @Toby before we left ours to go to Newark Showground. We were there right at the start and parked just inside the gate. After a short while @Mac Romans and Lewis arrived then Bryan @Eddie Zedder came along too.
Shirl and I had a good chat with Pete and Marina who came in their lovely black Mustang which you can see it this picture at the other side of the gate. Marina has just got a Sterling Grey Z4 2.2 and was interested ion what I had done with my car in the last year. So I gave them a Z.org card and suggested they have a look on here. Another couple from Lincs.too.
It was the first time we had met Mac and Lewis and Mac's totally stunning car, what a beauty!
Toby's Lotus sadly was showing a battle scar from a BMW's tow ball which hit his front bumper.
There were slightly less cars here than last time I would say but still a good turn out and good value at £2.
a couple of BMC cars, a Wolsley 1500 and an MG Midget, both looking very nice.
Near these was a Z4 on a 03 plate with a front lip spoiler, so I had a picture or two of that (food for thought).
A selection of these little Go-karts.
Oh, and one for HT, thought he might like this one.
It started thinning out around 3.15 ish so we decided it was time for a steady run home.
We had a few spots of rain on the way at Collingham on the way there but that was all, the sun was scorching after that. Happy days
Tony.
