Going to need a bit more info to help. Whats stuck exactly? and can you add photos of the problem.
Is it electric and its not working, if so turn the T screw on the pump in the boot and open it manually.
Is it seized on one of the pivots
Are you new to a Z3 and are you trying to open it correctly? (Just asking as its happened before)
