Hood cover.

Hey all
Just been to a classic car show and there was a tidy Z3 on display. The hood was down and there appeared to be a leather cover over the top to keep it neat and tidy.
Never seen one before and wondered if it's OEM or an aftermarket part.
Can anyone help me or am I going mad ?
