No mate, just a power nap to put us on till bedtime. It helps, we find, get over the effects of so called jet lag. Other people do different things to cope. When we first got back in 1994 we had no idea and I sat in an armchair and Carla laid in there with me and we slept for hours. But then at bedtime sleep wouldn't happen. Back to work on Friday.

Out for birthday meal with the bin lids on Sunday, following Sunday is Izzie's 1st birthday and Christening and then both grandsons birthdays all in a few more days. Plenty going on.
