Absolutely that. My main reason for going hybrid, to. BIK on my Mazda 6 28% Golf 13% saves a fortune in BIK tax

Yup it's bonkers. Although I think the new harmonised testing will put an end to that

Any real problems with your 330e?
Does the fuel filler cap issue cause you any problems?
no problems at all in those miles apart from it failed to charge overnight twice

no problems with the filler cap apart from the fact that its a stupid bloody button to open it rather than just popping open like the charging flap

And that’s the problem. If you push the flap before pressing the button it partially opens then jambs but then won’t release on the button. You have to use the emergency release to open it.

Which charger are you using?

It’s putting too much benefit in the hands of company car users so is unbalancing the market against private buyers. It gets cars in to the market a few years later though.
And yes - real world performance is nothing like that quoted and will rebalance the picture. The risk is then that the differential looks too small to be worth while. It probably is for drivers who couldn’t make their current car get better returns anyway.

Ah I've never had that problem as I just press the button.

I'm still only using the plug in 3 pin charger but will be investigated a proper one when I move

I’ll start a new thread to discuss EVs and we can keep discussion on chargers here.
