I've a 2001 Z3 3.0 auto - 19k miles............... but the Harmon Karmon rear sub woofer has gone and I'm looking for some help on what to replace it with.

Hi Steve and welcome from me near Lincoln, that's a great find with so few miles on it. I thought I'd done well last year finding a 3.0 Z4 with only 16,500 miles. There several guys on here who are very knowledgeable in the audio systems so no doubt you'll get your answers soon. Enjoy.

Gaz- I've not been able to find an original( new) unit so something of similar power/output that will ideally slot straight in. The head unit has been changed to a modern Sony unit.
