Hi to all of your Z3 owners. I have actually had mine since 08/05/2014 and joined this forum about the same time.
Since joining I have added a hardtop[ with trolley and cover, along with M series staggered wheels.
The car has covered just over 10,000 miles and has had two front shocks and two rear springs fitted (my chioce in both cases) albeit shock only one was weeping and one spring was cracked.
I am humming and haring whether to have a colour change of hood to a Blue one. The current one is Black and totally original and bone dry but is now shrinking back on the corners of the rear screen and looks scruffy even after using the prying tool.

Hi again fellow Z3 owner, users or just plain simple THIEVES.

Is there a way of inserting images without pratting about with image hosting sites ? The resizing and posting into a seperate folder is a pain in the A***.

Hello mate, when posting hit the "Upload a file" tab then hit the "choose" tab which (in my case) takes me to my phone picture gallery). Select your photo, press "Full Image" then "Post Reply".

Spot on @Andy McDonnell ......
We do not like to use image hosting sites as accounts can get deleted and images are then lost.
Our servers are more than capable of handling direct uploads.

That sounds like the issue (main one that is) that I had with .net too. Welcome on here from me usually near Lincoln. It's so easy to upload pictures on here even on my Samsung phone.:)

Hi all. Thank you Andy for the heads-up on posting images. It really is so much easier.
These are just a few of my Z3.
They consist of an image when at the dealers in Brinscall,Nr Chorley,Lancashire when it was on the original wheels, one with the hardtop fitted and a few with both the M series staggered wheels, the original reg plate and my own.

Looks great
Hi again Andy. Yes,it is a really nice little car and still under 73,000 (just). Arthritic fingers and elbows, coupled with Ms Rooster having a damaged shoulder has got me looking for either a 3 Series 330 Ci Auto with electric roof or a Mercedes SLK.
There again,I might just have a blue hood fitted and keep the hardtop/trolley and cover and sell them as an individual sale later.
The existing hood has shrunken back a little at the corners of the rear screen but hey ho,it is the original one.

We allow images to be uploaded directly here as I don't want those nasty image hosts slowing the site down! We have plenty of disk space on the server, so upload to your heart content :)

Hi to you all. Thank you all for your welcomes albeit I did join the forum in June 2014 but never completed the intoductory post until recently.
As I have been travelling around & about I have seen some Z3's driven by both male & female pilots and they all look OK.
There are four or five that seem to be regular on the roads around where I live.
Give us a toot toot or a flash (of the headlamps !!!!) next time we pass. Mine is the Topaz Blue Metallic one with the rather distinctive chrome side vents and the personalised registration.
