G'day from Australia, Andy ---nice looking colour that rage and blue.
Hi Andy and welcome from me. The cosmetic stuff can always be rectified; it looks a great car and sound.Hi Tony, I'm based in Glasgow but bought the car in the Manchester area. I think it lived its early life in the Torquay area then Greater London. It's a bit tatty but seems solid with just a little rust on the sills. I've always wanted a convertible and this looked like a good project to tinker with.
Hi there, I've been looking at the spec on my car based on the VIN and the interior colour is actually "Walknappa Champagner" and not the Lotus white as we previously thought. The leather is just a little more on the cream side with black piping, so looks like you're still the only one with that colour combo. AndyHi @Andy 4D,to the forum from me too in Staffordshire. The other Aegean Blue with Lotus White interior owner -

It really is a treasure. Walknappa is the fanciest leather available if i am not mistaken. Your car has been custom specified, most likely by an "individual" who picked up the brochure and decided to pick some nice items.Hi there, I've been looking at the spec on my car based on the VIN and the interior colour is actually "Walknappa Champagner" and not the Lotus white as we previously thought. Hi Scooblitz, it’s been great finding out more about my zed, seem to come across something new every day. Thanks for the link, came across that site a few weeks ago, has some good info. @Andy 4D Have a look at this site if you have not found it yet. Some nice info on what you have bought.

Hi Stephen, no I’m afraid it doesn’t have the original mats, they look like pretty cheap aftermarket ones. The aircon and heated seats still work though!!....guess you can’t have everything. AndyHi Andy I was looking at your vin decode your zed has quite a nice spec out of what it came with from factory the question I was going to ask is does it still have the original floor mats .
As they ( going by its spec ) were special order ones so limited edition and probably not available any more .
Yes I was a bit concerned about the seats, they're not damaged but felt they could do with a bit of leather care. I've tried Meguiars Gold Class Rich Leather 3in1, it seemed to get good reviews but if you think the Autoglym product is better I'll maybe try that.Shame as your zed came with anthracite velour mats with champagne trim would be nice if they were still there
You will have to look after your walknappa seats
I also have walknappa ( black with yellow piping)
Fiji edition z3 also come with a bespoke pattern walknappa seats and I have seen a few of them with the seats spilt open .
As such i regularly treat the seats with Autoglym leather conditioner ( other products are available) to keep my leather supple and moisturized hopefully to prevent this damage occurring
