I have bought a z4 2012 of a lady who hit a carb and broke the control arm and wheel etc , now the main fuse has blown in the boot which this does happen , so since its been stud in a yard , the battery has gone flat , so we have tryed a jump box under the engine bay , but its totaly dead , key wont work now as it stuck in the ingnition ,and carnt get in the boot to even charge the battery , has anyone had this problem

You mean the main 200 amp fuse in the boot has blown? That will be something VERY serious!
As for charging the battery, you do that via the + and - terminals in the engine bay, not the boot. The E89 Z4 has wiring connected to the battery to monitor stuff, this shouldn't be directly charged. If you have a blown main fuse, though, that won't work either.
Also worth bearing in mind that BMWs (especially more modern ones) don't like their batteries going flat, or under charged. They can throw all sorts of weird and wonderful faults which can be bogus.
There are a few ways of getting access to the boot but I don't know what they are. Either do a search on here, or the Z4 forum (there are loads of threads regarding this on there).

Good luck!
