Long time BMW owner I got the Z as a project last year, its had a fair bit of paint tidying, been to Swansea for a new roof, a Royal Steering Wheels re-trimmed wheel and been treated to a set of Bilstien B8's, these seem to make it sit a bit high bit I hope it'll settle. I've also fitted a Oe CD33 head unit with a bluetooth streaming box for phone and music.
it's (She's?) a 2001 3.0 manual in Topaz.
Next project is to retrofit cruise control.

Dont see why B8s would make it sit higher, they are shorter shocks than standard and its the springs that determine the ride height, what springs are you running? If stock then B6s would have been the better option, if sport or lowered then B8s is correct.
