Agreed, almost caused a divorce when I fell arse over end carrying the spin dryer down the steps from the back door of the mobile home we lived in. The lid never did fit right after that.=))

1 week mate. Get the new house decorated in tandem with packing the current house and jobs a good 'in. 32 house moves in 53 years, me and the C-in-C could project manage it for you :D

Been round there this afternoon with big grandboy cutting grass and weeding the gateway etc. New Agents take over next week, hope they're more proactive than this lot have been. I need it sold before I give in . . . . . . and buy a 2 post lift :thumbsup:

Geoff, As much as I would be happy and have no problem to up sticks and move to have a garage/workshop like that,........it really comes down to upsetting the wife and not seeing the grandchildren..........
......yeah, I can live with that, where’s that estate agents number=))

It’s a lovely size but for me I would have to move it south as my wife would say the same as yours so I will make do with my double which I am lucky to have
