New Estate Agent recommends removing the temporary partition in the garage at the other house so pictures will show the fullest extent of the building inside. So I reckon a couple of hours will see it taken down and stored in such a way that it can be re used if needed.

Best make sure my batteries are charged up ready for drill and Impact Driver. I suggested that if a car enthusiast was interested you could stand a car in that area and still have a double garage plus the end bay with high roof.

Tony.

Just think how many zeds you could get in there!!! =))

Are people so shortsighted that they cannot see the extent of the garage without removing the make shift wall !!

I know Malc and I'd have a 2 post lift in the tall end.:(

I wonder if the wife would like to move up to Lincolnshire????

BIG - that would make a gigantic ZedShed!!!
Who needs an extension when you have a Zed? =))
I like the mirror on the workshop's door - got to look our best when working on the Zeds!!! :angelic:

Of course she would . . . . . . . the natives are friendly and aren't Cannibals . . . . . any longer.

Tony.

Totally agree with the estate agents mate. Yep people won't see through it so you have to do it for them. I think a 6ft panel and post fence up the left side would help no end as well. Speculate to accumulate and all that.

I’d suggest to the estate agent that, as they are already taking a hefty slice out of the sale, that they get out their own screwdrivers and do it themselves.

Ps. I hope they notice the mod cons in there. I.e. proper coat hooks and not rusty old nails that the rest of use use ;)

DONE!!
Been and taken down the partition in
the garage. Leaves an area to stand a car for work without taking up a parking space.

That's mahoosive! Sky Sports football whilst polishing :D Sofa, beer fridge too :D

I will have to convince the wife that we need to move to Lincolnshire because of Brexit, And we would be too close to France

WOW! That's enormous! The estate agent was right: the partitioning wall did need to go for potential purchasers to appreciate the size - and its own toilet! Very impressive and would make a great ZedShed.

Not just toilet, there's a shower there too. Me and our Gary got ready for his sisters wedding over there as our house was teaming with the womenfolk.

Tony.

Me too mate, and I'm reasonably well off already.

Tony.

=))=))=))=))=)) T**t!!

Blimey! Are you sure you want to sell?

Well one of 'em has to go and moving house is a pain in the butt, even if it's only 300 yds.

Tony.

ps. Last time we moved house, we moved about 30 ft. and that was enough. . . . . . . . .
