Hello everyone,

I’ve just been out to try and swap over the sills or to attempt at least to remove them, but I’m stuck at bolt removal. The arch bolts are rusted round and non of the under sill bolts will grip so I’m stumped what to do?? Any ideas apart from a gallon of petrol and a box of matches lol

I think these will be 8mm hex headed screws which are very shallow heads?
When they corrode away you need an 8mm 1/4" drive socket that has been ground flat at the end so that the hex flats start at the very tip of the socket.
It's best to replace these once you get them out.

Tony.

They’re always like that. They do move okay if you get a good grip first time. They don’t tap into much at all.

You may need to chip off underseal from around the edges.
