HELP: DIY replacing rusty rocker/entrance panels, has anyone done it?

Update for the sake of the story: I went by BMW and indeed they saw the panels and told me it's clearly a different color and they will repaint the panels free of charge to fix the mistake . Let's just hope the re-painted ones match properly...

Yes but I will let them do it (pay), because although its not that difficult I have anti-rust coating and it is so annoying to work with... its like everywhere in all crevices, plus I live in an apartment and working in a shared garage !!!
Unfortunately, I have to wait because the next available time-slot for the workshop is 18th September.

Final update just on this thread, the panels are re-painted and in and she finally looks good Not only that BMW was kind enough to align both my doors without even mentioning that to them or charging me anything extra !
