my name is Dave and I live in Worsley near Manchester. I have just bought a 1998 Z3, 2.8 and hope this site will not only provide me with lots of useful information about what appears to be a great car but also introduce me to some wonderful people that share the same passion about the Z3 as I am now realizing.

Welcome to the forum, Dave, from the other side of the Pond. Very nice looking car. Looks like it was well cared for. How many miles has she got? Hope everything is in good working order. There are quite a few members with the same model. If you have any questions, there are many here that can give you the answers or direct you to where you can get them. You are now one of many "Daves" on the forum. I just made me realize I'm the only "Frankie". Frankie

Hi Frankie, thanks for the warm welcome. My car has 110,000 miles and still going strong. A few surface and rust bubbles coming through but will get to these when the dark nights of winter draw in. As you are the only Frankie then look at it this way it makes you are unique !!
