Looking forward to knowledge of the group to help with any questions. I am a newbie to having a convertable. My Dad bought his 3.0 Z3 roadster new in 2001 and kept it beautiful for over 20 years. He loved that car. My mom had unfortunately dinged it up a bit since he passed away. She passed recently and I have decided to keep it.
Its got over 150K miles on it and was mostly sitting in a garage for the past 5 years. I completed a bunch of much needed maintenance and am getting some minor cosmetic things fixed. I know my Dad would be happy to see it restored and kept as beautiful as he did for all those years.

I recently lost my dad who was my motorsports introduction at 4 years old. Since his passing Jan 2023, I have attended the 2023 Indy recently 500 and bought a Z3 to return to autocross. Doing what you want will make him happy, wherever he is.
