I just purchased 2001 z3 from out of state. So far i like it but appears to be spinning issue with drivers side lock, hydraulic shock for convertible top works but missing bolt that attaches to shock and engine code p1346. I took a chance and purchased from dealer a few hundred miles away before seeing it, overall its in great shape and got a great deal, the dealer is working with me on these things
