Reinforcement inside and out. One more day of welding to finish putting in the kit then dressing up the welds, seam sealer and paint. It’s all good!

diff ready to go back in on Monday and brackets welded in place then top pieces before dressing and sealing. New floor is 100 times better than the mess before.

welding done. Painted with POR15 before seam sealer and paint goes on. Near the finish line.

Gone to town with OEM sealer as well as wax oil in the chassis arms. Paint this week then home on Saturday.

Boot floor now painted.
Wax oil, wiring loom and it will then be reassembled tomorrow ready to come home on Saturday.

I’d have to agree. Considering he hadn’t done one before, he researched it for a while and went through Randy’s detailed instructions. He also added where he felt there could be more strength but it a way that the finish wouldn’t be compromised. Very pleased and couldn’t recommend high high enough.
