Hello from the Shropshire hills

Good evening, folks!

New Z3 owner here - a 2002-plate 2.2i roadster in black. I acquired her from a loyal BMW owner who treated her well and am doing my best to look after her. Here's to many years of successful, fun motoring.

Of course, there are gremlins galore (EML, anyone?!) but so far she's the most rewarding and engaging drive in about 12 years on the roads.

Hope to share some great tales and advice here over the weeks, months and years. If you're local, drop me a line as I'm new to the area and always happy to share my new roof-down-driving hobby.

Most probably the rubber hoses are split between the air filter and throttle body.

What a small world: I work in Telford! I'll definitely swing by if you're happy to spare the time.

In fact I've a list as long as my arm of things you'd probably spot or hear from a mile off. Current dilemma is an intermittent suspected-sticky-rear-O/S caliper. Not ideal given I've a funeral in west Cornwall to drive to this week! Any recommendations for a local garage?
