You are not the only one there is another here has just been painted I think. We don't mind but they are a source of body parts as well.
Good luck finding one. Z3 that is

Better response than I hoped, thanks!
I can (almost) justify being here because apart from the bits you see, it still a Z3.
I have been looking into building a kit car for a while, but am actually not a fan of most: Lotus 7 reps are like driving a tin bath, the usual Ferrari reps are too fake (fake engine covers, MR2 underpinnings; no thanks).
I would love to build a 'proper' Cobra replica (no offence to the Z3 based ones by Tribute, they just don't do it for me), with chevvy or Ford V8 and all the trimmings, but lack of experience and skills with mechanics, along with cost (40k for an authentic one, 100s of hours of work and the dreaded SVA test) has put that on a back burner.
Then I saw the 250 cal rep. I am a fan of 'car SOS' and as I get older (nearly 50!), am becoming more drawn to classic cars. I can't afford 3 million plus for an original 250, so this is the next best option.
2017 will also be the year I buy a new bike too, after 10 years without one!
I really do want a 2.8, as the performance figures are very close to the Ferrari 3 litre V12 of the original.

Yes @t-tony there is Anthony's Bertini which is by and far my favourite kit car and if it wasn't so expensive to get one to me I'd have one in a heartbeat! But I'd have to keep trinity as she is and find another candidate. You can check them out @Anthony Cherry Pond! May be worth a look!! JIM
