Hello from Manchester!

Couple days ago I bought my poorly 1999 Z3 2.0 (Photos will follow!) which was clearly neglected by the previous owners for 900 quid, made me really sad to see the mistreatment but I saw huge potential (and huge expenditure for my tiny little wallet)

But alas, I bought it anyway and this forum has been tremendously helpful so far so I've decided to make my presence known! This is my first project/first real car and I want to use it to start learning to maintain/restore a car properly.

If anyone's around the Manchester area I'd love to compare notes and learn the ropes from other owners, the lack of a proper service manual means I'll be primarily relying on this community, thanks in advance!
