Hello everyone and thank you for accepting me into the group. As the title indicates I hadn't planned on having a Z3, I have just sold a TVR 350i and wasn't sure what to get next as I already had two other very low mileage BMW's an E36 316i and an E46 320i, both in black, I knew I didn't want another soft top as I'm as bald as a bald thing that's all bald and don't really like having the sun beating down on me and I didn't want another black car as they're a pain in the bum to keep clean, anyway to cut a long story short I ended up swapping the E36 that I didn't really use for a lovely two owner 54000 mile Z3 2.8 in black 😂😂 My wife and I had our first decent run out in it yesterday and we absolutely love it, way more refined than the TVR but still feels quite basic and fun to drive. I've already got a list of things I would like to do to it and it has one problem, the N/S/R ABS sensor is messing about. Let the fun begin! :coolsteer):thankyou:

as I'm as bald as a bald thing that's all bald
:welcome: I sympathise ref black Zeds, had 2 after vowing to never have a second. As for being bald, many many of us on here are in varying degrees of baldness (or cranium aero-dynamics )

Cranium aero-dynamics indeed, can't be doing with all that hair flapping around in the wind 😅

Hello and welcome from York. We, too weren't looking for a Z3, but wouldn't look back. Mainly because my full head of hair prevents me from doing so. 😂

Hi and welcome from me. Black does look great when freshly cleaned and waxed. Fortunately god invented hats for you to wear, on the plus side you don’t have to be concerned about you locks getting messed up the wife used to moan about and wasn’t to impressed with the head scarf I gave her.
