Hi all,

My name's Richard, and I'm very happy to say I'm a proud new owner of a lovely '98 2.8 litre Z3! A car I've loved the look of since I was a teenager and now super chuffed to have finally got one.

She's in very good shape, but needs a bit of work to get her in tip top condition which is going to be part of the fun for me, though I'm pretty rusty myself when it comes to engines etc as it's years since I used to play around with my old 998cc Austin mini!

Cheers,

Rich

Hi Rich and welcome from me near Lincoln. You have chosen a great car to have fun with and to bring back to it's best. Where are you located?

Tony.

Nah the 850 (848 to be precise) was a much better engine, more free revving and much easier to tune, for pennies.

Tony.
