Heater Control Change

I have my centre console out at the moment to do a few jobs and one that needs doing is the replacement of the heater control dials. I can see that there is 3 metal cables going to the arms behind the dials that need to be removed and fitted to the new unit. Is there an easy way of taking these off? Anybody changed one of these before? All help is appreciated :thumbsup:

They are held in by colour coded clips (blue red and green)

These can be popped out and the cables come out if the levers

Thanks, I've seen the clips and have popped them out but the wire is still attached to the arms that move and it looks like there's a little disc on the end that keeps them in there. You can move the wire so it comes out of the little slot and pull up but the end seems in pretty tight. Do the just need a good pull and they clip back into the new one?
