Can anyone give me the BMW part number for the hard top heated rear window switch as fitted to the Z3 pre facelift model please?

I believe that this switch would normally be fitted in the rear panel between the seats (item 20)

Having just acquired a hard top, I am trying to source the switch/wiring for the heated screen.

I know that there are a couple of different switches and I don't want to buy the wrong one - hope you can help or point me in the right direction.

Many thanks

61311376444 is the part number for a pre facelift HRW Switch, this is up to April 99. As Gary says check with soper parts dept. They are quite pricey brand new c£57.00

Hopefully on will turn up second hand for you. Have you got the wiring loom as well for the hardtop?

Not sure if I have the wiring loom in the car Brian - I haven't had chance to check because I cant stop looking at the hard top I bought on Saturday !!!

It certainly transforms the look of the car, very retro - I love it.

I'll certainly give Soper's a call - thanks guys.

To be honest, I never use nine, as I have the wind deflector permanently fitted as it cuts out head light intrusion (4x4;s) and my wing mirrors defrost very quickly.
