Shirl has my sympathy with back trouble,I have some idea what she's going throughBeing home is nice Jim, going back to work tomorrow, well that's another thing mate. Shirl's back still giving her grief and she has to start a course of spinal injections soon and that's why I can't take her out to the Peaks this weekend.

Fingers crossed the injections help,is it sciatica,or back pain ?.

Very similar to what I had Tony.It appears that it's a herniated disc in her spine Steve. This allows the "gel" in the discs to squeeze out and when her bowel is full (sorry) it presses on it and causes her some excruciating pains down her leg and into her back. These injections may help but if not surgery will be next. That's why I daren't bring her this weekend. She has been told not to lift anything heavier than a full kettle. Every cloud etc.
Tony.
Glad you made it home OK. Sorry about Shirl's back. It's such an awful thing when no matter what you do, you have a nagging back pain with every move. Must be nice to get back to some cooler weather. Now you can open the window at night when you sleep and feel comfy. So did you bring your usual bag of "goodies" back with you?.....................................FrankieIt appears that it's a herniated disc in her spine Steve.
