ADHD and Autism isn't a phobia though
A bloke I worked with must have had one or the other.
He used to arrange every thing on his desk in a certain way, we would come in early and move it all around.
He would come in and go absolutely mental....

Yes of course but when I had control of the door and could get out whenever I wanted it wasn't an issue. It's all about being in control. I can't get in the back of a 3 door car or a minibus. I just manage on a coach but really struggle wth it but i force myself otherwise the plane type holidays would be out. I do however manage fine on the plane but that took a few flights to really come to terms with. You must have been working in it for more than an hour a day?
We may have had a problem Lol!You would have loved to have worked with me then.....
Back in 80, 81 I worked in the scaffolding biz.
We were on a big job building hanging scaffold up at 104 meters and had to take a small lift up to the top.
We found out that if we stuck a welding rod in a hole next to the button panel on the ground floor, we could stop the lift.
Should have heard the noise made by the lads in the lift....(there was only room for five people at a time)
I was 18 at the time I was doing this work and thought I was indestructible, as you do at that age.
Thinking back about it now, I get sweaty palms......
Bang on Tony. It is a real issue and I'm very careful what situations I get myself into. Don't even like being behind a locked door that i don't know well, like a public toilet. On the odd occasion I have got my self locked in its terrifying for meBut the whole point Mike is that he knew he could get out whenever he wanted to. When someone locks you in somewhere, like a lift car etc.,that's when you're not in control and the problems start. It's real thing if you suffer from it.
Tony.

Minibus is fine mate as long as I'm up front, same with a 3 door car, just don't put me in the back!! I may use the tunnel and bring the zed, still undecided mate.Well, thanks for that.....
Was going to get a minibus to pick you up at the airport when you come over and a three door car as a runaround....
You will have to get a pushbike at the airport now, not a problem over here, there's millions of them.![]()
If someone calls me on the phone and they are eating I have to tell them to call back when they've finished lunch.
It damn near traumatised me
Thought you would be traumatised by the fact that I wore your hat...![]()
I'm not going to look - I might find some that I have

It's no laughing mater mate, however, there's some absolute peaches on the listI'm not going to look - I might find some that I have![]()

That's OCD. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Repetitive and ritualistic thoughts and behaviours. It can be a very nasty and controlling thing.A bloke I worked with must have had one or the other.
