My dampers have done 65.000km and I have the impression that they are getting a bit floppy. So I went looking for a replacement and came across the Biltstein B12 Pro kit. They are not for sale in New Zealand, and importing will ad all sorts of taxes which makes it almost NZ$2000. I have found a set in the Netherlands for 638 Euros, and luckily I met a Dutch couple with plans to immigrate to New Zealand. They can put the set in their container with their other stuff.

But before I do that I like to know if I can fit this Bilstein set. My Zed has M suspension and is already lowered 15mm with that, according to the Internet. So by using this set it will be 15mm more lowered I guess. Currently my camber on the rear is -2.95 and -3.05, my tires wearing out on the inside as usual. If I mount this set, will my camber increase even more? Did somebody has this set on his M or Zed with M suspension?

Bilstien are a popular upgrade over here, so as long as you order the correct ones for your model you should be good.

If it's a 30mm lowering kit you will get an extra 15mm lowering as you say, will increase the camber slightly.

I'm not sure the B12 are available specifically for the zed. B8s are the recognised models to go for though

I have the B12 kit fitted, look at my photos for what you will get, it does not matter whether you have std or M suspension, figment is the same for the B12 across the range except for the Z3M which has increased castor at the front.

The ride on them is fantastic, not harsh or crashy like cheap socks or coil overs as the B8's are shorter than normal shocks to ensure a full damping cycle with the lowered springs, which are of course Eibach and very good also.
